Why Impeaching Donald Trump Would Save Lives, Impeach Trump!

Because it would give all the kleptomaniacs on Kapitol Hill something relatively benign to focus on. When the State fights the State, we all benefit. So if Trump breathes the wrong way, impeach him. There will be less time for politicians to pass more regulations and taxes. And bomb people. Impeachment saves lives!

Impeach Trump! Let it be a long, long, drawn out process that takes years and years to untangle. Trump can’t start any wars while he’s being impeached I don’t think, not because it’s illegal, but because he won’t have the time.

How could Something Pence be any worse? I really don’t know the first name of that guy. I think that’s the first time I don’t know a vice president’s first name since I was old enough to know who the president was. Dan Quayle I think.

They should impeach Dan Quayle, too. Retroactively. That’ll take up even more time.

וכעי”ז מרן החזו”א ז”ל עשה מעשה במצות “ובשעריך”, שיצר חיוב ושוב התקין מזוזה, והתלונן על עצם השכחה אף בעירובין כשרים בלי צורת הפתח. והעישור השני שהתקין אינו מתקן כמעט כלום, ועיקרו שלא ישתכח כל הענין, אכמ”ל. ואולי ה”ה במליחה פרטית וכו’, אפילו רק מטעם זה.

Apologizing for Amah Ha’ivriyah

I always wonder about the professional Jewish apologists…

Wait, what do you mean?

Those who try to “justify” Judaism using a foreign scale of values, often dishonestly to boot; Aish, Ohr Sameyach, etc.

Where was I? Right.

When speaking of slavery’s “mention” in Torah – and Torah law, these demagogues mention slaves are treated well or quote Rabbi Kook’s assertion that slavery is a temporary concession, they use laundered terms for “slave” such as “indentured servant” or the like, point out that these laws require Yovel, etc. And they hope you don’t notice how weak their points are.

How come they don’t quote Megillah 27a which forbids selling one’s daughter as a maidservant? Don’t they know anything not brought down in the Shulchan Aruch?

Defrock All Rabbis!

When rabbis started wearing long frocks, none of them noticed the (possibility of) bittul tzitzis.

So recently they round one corner, hide tzitzis within, and the like, but the garment itself is a “Mazkeres Avon” for the ignorance born of uncaring by those who are supposedly infallible every day in every way. And what about “והייתם נקיים” for those who don’t notice the hidden after-thought solution?

It’s not just a “Mazkeres Avon” for the community of pious infallibles. Don’t wear it for prayer since we have a rule: אין קטיגור נעשה סניגור.

(And there’s a reason I chose the metaphor of defrocking, obviously.)
