אמר המקום שלי הוא רק ארץ ישראל מה שאני נוסע אני נוסע רק לארץ ישראל ולפי שעה אני רועה בברסלב וכיוצא.
He said: My true home is the land of Israel. Wherever I travel, I am traveling to the land of Israel, although I temporarily reside in Breslov and similar locations in the Diaspora.

Equality of the general rules of law and conduct, however, is the only kind of equality conducive to liberty and the only equality which we can secure without destroying liberty.
