Regarding yesterday’s post on forbidding entry to private property, we can get qualified, quality inspiration from the example of bygone explicitly racially\ethnic restrictive covenants and contracts.
Of course, restriction certainly ought not be about race (Judaism is not racist), but free-will actions. And those contracts have, of course, been retroactively voided by governments that care nothing for property rights or contracts, and they should all be de-criminalized and re-validated but as far as I know, signs adjuring proper conduct upon entrance are legal (though probably legally worthless).
