I just heard from an acquaintance that he used to work at a Haifa “Rabbanut” slaughterhouse. His job was to assist the Rabbanut Mashgiach. When he saw something problematic לעיכובא, he was to press a button stopping the electric conveyer belt (“the line”).
He tried to do his job. When he saw problems, he actually pressed the button, as he was told (such as Melicha on only one side, and not the majority). So, the Mashgiach in charge told him he was costing the owner money, and must not do that too often. He quit that minute… and the operation continued smoothly without him.
I heard the same story from another Jew years ago, but I don’t remember details.
