I heard the following:
If you use Rimon as your internet filtering service, give them a quick call. Part of the bill comprises “Tizmuneto”, a service to raise and lower the standard of filtering during various hours. If you don’t need that, cancel it, and you save 10 Shekels. Then there’s “Haneto Sheli”, which enables you to request whitelisting of certain websites (the team checks them first). If you don’t need that either, cancel it, and you save another 6 Shekels.
There may be additional cost-cutting options, as well.
